The power washing also entails the use of pressure to clean off the surfaces. It is used in the removal of dirt and oil from the surfaces. But one difference is the heat used. The power washing uses heat along with pressurized water to clean the surface, whereas pressure washing only uses pressure and cold water to remove dirt.
